DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA PUBLIC SCHOOLS (DC)
Patrick Davis is the Deputy Chief of Facilities at the District of Columbia Public Schools. Patrick oversees the school facility design and construction program, which has an annual budget of $400 million. As part of the modernization program, Patrick is in charge of the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) budget development, community engagement, educational specification development, design approval, and construction oversight. In addition to the modernization program, Patrick oversees the Facility Management, Sustainability, and Warehouse and Logistics teams. Prior to becoming Deputy Chief of Facilities, Patrick was the Director of Facility Planning and Design at DCPS.
