ASSOCIATE SUPERINTENDENT FOR FACILITIES & BOND PROGRAMS
MANSFIELD INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT (TX)
Jeff Brogden is serving in his 31st year in public education. His career began in Dallas ISD where he held numerous positions on the facilities and operations side of the district. Before leaving DISD, he served as Executive Director of Maintenance and Operations, overseeing the maintenance and repairs of over 260 facilities.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas and a master’s degree in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma. He came to Mansfield ISD as the Director of Maintenance in 2004 and served as the Assistant Superintendent of Operations until 2014. His duties included management of maintenance, custodial, student nutrition, bond programs, and transportation.
In his current role as the Associate Superintendent of Facilities and Bond Programs, Mr. Brogden has led the district to be recognized as an Energy Partner of the Year for four consecutive years beginning in 2014. Most recently, under his direction, Mansfield ISD was recognized by the Environmental Protection Agency as the only district in the state of Texas for Sustained Excellence two year’s in a row.
He lives in Arlington and is active in his community as a member of the Mansfield Sunrise Rotary Club and through his participation in many events benefiting the community. He also serves on the Arlington-Mansfield Salvation Army Advisory Council. Jeff and his wife, Deanna, also a Mansfield ISD employee, have been married for 23 years and have three children. Their two sons, Brant and Cord, are both married with children and live in East Texas. Their daughter, Breanna, is a recent graduate of Lake Ridge High School and is a student at Texas Wesleyan University.
